Refunds & Returns Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality, professional services including detailing, dash cam installations, vehicle immobilizers, and GPS tracking systems. Due to the nature of our work, all service-based installations are non-refundable once completed.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that we do not offer refunds on:

  • Completed dash cam, immobilizer, or GPS tracker installations

  • Auto detailing services once the work has begun

  • Diagnostic time or labour charges

Product Returns (Hardware Only)

If you purchased a product (e.g., dash cam or tracker) and have not yet had it installed, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original, unopened packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Opened or installed electronics cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Defective Items

If a product is found to be defective out of the box or during the installation process, we will work with you to replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. We only install and sell products from trusted brands with strong warranty support.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee. Missed mobile service appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.
